Walks, long walks in the Vienna Woods and in the big parks are always possible. We are lucky to have 40% green territory in Vienna. Outdoor activities strengthen your immune system and prevent you from depression.
Take tram 43 and get to Neuwaldegg and go up to Hameau or Sophienalpe.
Enjoy a long walk in Linzer Tiergarten and see the beautiful Hermesvilla.
Walk from Nussdorf (end stop of tram D) to Nussberg among the vineyards.
Take bus 38 to Kahlenberg and walk to Leopoldsberg to see Vienna and the Danube from above.

Kunsthistorisches Museum, one of the most important museums in the world. You might already have seen the Kunstkammer, the Picture Gallery and the Antique Collection, but go again. The building itself is marvelous.
The Collection of Musical Instruments in the Neue Burg
and the Collection of Imperial Carriages (Wagenburg in Schönbrunn) are dependences of this museum and are worth seeing.
Naturhistorisches Museums (Museum of Natural History), with the Venus of Willendorf, some 30.000 years old small figurine from the Stone Age.
Leopold Museum, a white modern building, which preserves the worldwide largest Egon Schiele (1890-1918) collection, the main works of Gustav Klimt (1862-1918), Vienna 1900 and the Art Nouveau style.
The collections in Belvedere Palace, Upper Belvedere. Numerous art works from around 1900 of Austrian artists are exposed here. Has a large collection of paintings by Gustav Klimt (1862-1918). Enjoy there also one of the most important collections of paintings from the Biedermeier period.
Albertina Modern, the new dependence of the Albertina in Künstlerhaus, dedicated to modern art. Currently the Essl Collection is exhibited.
The Austrian Museum of Folk Life and Folk Art (Volkskundemuseum), one of Europe’s major international ethnographic museums with extensive collections of folk art as well as historical and contemporary everyday cultures.
